AI Processing & Data Retention
Promiso uses artificial intelligence to analyze your communications and identify promises. Important points about our AI processing:
- Inference Only: We process your data solely to identify promises. We do not use your data to train our AI models.
- Minimal Retention: Raw communication content is processed and then discarded. We only store the extracted promise metadata.
- AWS Bedrock: Our AI processing runs on Amazon Web Services Bedrock, which provides enterprise-grade security and isolation.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:
- All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
- All data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3
- We use AWS infrastructure with SOC 2 compliant security controls
- Access to user data is strictly limited and audited
